I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years helping people from all backgrounds improve their health, build strength and achieve sustainable results. throughout that time I have seen countless fitness trends come and go but the principles that consistently deliver results have always remained the same: evidence-based training, sound nutrition and long-term consistency.

Outside the Gym
I’m a husband and father of 3. I’m no stranger to long hours and working the gym in around a schedule that seems impossible. It’s not always easy. Long days at work, disturbed sleep, high stress and often high fatigue make training and dieting seem impossible. This is where I have found a huge amount of value for efficiency. Looking at making training more valuable per exercise, making each set count as something that offers opportunity for growth and improvement and yet also keeping the pace and volume low enough to not make each session a stressful rush rather than a relaxed bit of me time. In my younger years I can honestly say I didn’t appreciate the real difficulties in training and eating well with a full family and responsibilities but now as an older coach, life has taught me what I didn’t know. This is where I think I can really help and support people. My in depth knowledge and ability to build performance for clients means I can make sessions relaxed and efficient without them becoming a chore or overwhelming. The gym is your time and your chance to enjoy learning about your body. I’m here to teach you.
