Can I see some examples of the services? Yes you can! Below is an explanation of each service and how it will help you achieve your goals!

Online Coaching

Online coaching has now become available! With this coaching you will still have your initial consultation to help gather information to put your plan together. after which, using the Fitr app, you will have access to a training diary with your training sessions loaded on as well as any other targets such as dietary goals and day to day exercise and activity. You can upload videos to the app which will then allow your form and performance to be monitored and for adjustments to be made to your accessory work, prehab and warm down sessions. Each month you can still have a call with your coach to touch base and ensure you’re staying on track. Additional consultations can be bought at the cost of £15 per session. When enrolling onto online coaching, the sign up is for a minimum of three months. It is important to commit to a lifestyle change when looking at your health and fitness and three months should allow for enough time to make some noticeable steps forward.


Personal Training

Personal Training packs get you 4 one hour training sessions. You will be able to request these sessions to include particular things however generally these are used to ensure correct technique is being achieved in your self led sessions. Your trainer will determine the session content and may give you extra bits to do as homework. The aim here is to teach and ensure that you are getting the most out your own sessions. It is not our focus to make this workout the toughest ever! It’s an opportunity to learn so as you can achieve more on your own.

You will build on your plan week to week and your trainer will tell you what to change or if needs be send out a plan update to you. At the right times, your plan will be completely changed as you develop and progress.

Virtual training sessions can be done over Zoom however in person sessions are available in Peterborough, Stamford and Thurlby.


Youth Training

If you’re on a young persons membership at any of the gyms then this deal is for you. The pack includes 3 1 hour PT sessions all with a specific focus. You’ll cover Squats, Deadlifts, Bench and Strict Press which will give you the basic tools to lift effectively and safely while starting your journey in the gym. In the sessions we will also discuss program development, etiquette which will stand you in good stead to begin a long and effective training lifestyle. This pack is specifically designed for young people beginning their journey in the gym and is only available to those on youth memberships.
