It’s been great working with James. Really knowledgable about mens fitness, in particular my goal to build some more muscle. I was surprised to find just how much fat heavy lifting could burn! His programmes are fun and challenging. Just beware of asking him for extra cardio as he will try to kill you.

With the knowledge and feedback James gave in both heavy lifting and proper nutrition I went on to smash my previous lifting records as well as losing 30kg of fat! James’ PT sessions are something my husband and I have been working with James on for over a year. It started as some fat loss advice for our wedding and developed into weekly PT sessions. We now have the understanding of how our bodies work and how to eat and drink if we want to tone up or gain muscle. We have more appreciation of our bodies and we spend less time worrying about what is healthy or not because James has given us the skills to understand how we should eat based on macronurients.
